1. Who we are
Red Sand City Homes (“RSCH”, “we”, “us”) is a Nigerian real-estate platform connecting end-users with verified agents, designers, contractors, and maintenance vendors. By using the platform you agree to the terms below.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Nigerian law. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us of any unauthorised account access. Admin accounts are provisioned manually; no self-registration grants admin privileges.
3. Listings & content
Property listings, agent profiles, products, and portfolio entries are provided by their respective owners. We make a best-effort attempt to verify accuracy but do not warrant that any listing is current, complete, or free of error. Always confirm material details directly with the seller or agent before transacting.
4. Service flows
Match requests, design consultations, construction briefs, and maintenance requests are routed to vetted third parties. RSCH facilitates the introduction; the underlying contract for services rendered is between you and the third party unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant page.
5. Payments
Where the platform supports payments (e.g. product reservations via Paystack), funds are processed by our licensed payment partner. Refunds follow the partner’s standard policy and are subject to verification of the underlying transaction.
6. Prohibited use
You may not scrape the platform, list duplicate or fraudulent properties, misrepresent your identity, attempt to bypass our agent vetting, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to remove accounts and content at our sole discretion.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, RSCH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any transaction with a third party introduced through it. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts of Lagos State.
